I grew up with a small compact camera in my hand, but only realised my love for photography when I purchased an Olympus OM10, an old wind on film camera - and have been hooked ever since. Moving up from film SLR's to currently my trusty Nikon, its amazing what modern digital SLR's can achieve. However, I am a strong believer in continually improving my technical skills to keep post processing to a minimum. Beautiful photographs come from the photographer and their skill and knowledge, not the camera or post processing, which are only tools to take and enhance photographs. Photography is a form of art not science.
